Whatever it is you do that sets you apart from your competitors, the trick is to convey that to your potential customers without seeming self-indulgent, or simply saying the same things as everyone else. ADG didn’t want to bang on about how they are the biggest or the best or the cleverest – they just wanted to say we do a great job, and look after every client as if they were the only client. So my copywriting for their new brochure said exactly that.
