When I was asked to help a big bank get better.
I can’t tell you much about this incredible five month project with Westpac due to confidentiality, but I can confirm that they engaged me to lead copywriting, branding, design and intranet site development for a new IBM document management and compliance platform. In collaboration with numerous Westpac and IBM experts I uncovered and crystallised the fundamental end user benefits of this highly technical platform, then led the creation of the entire suite of marketing content and user guides. The product manager’s glowing review of my work said “I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Justin from the whole team for his dedication, quality, thought leadership and fun approach to all the work he has done with us… we are in an amazing shape now with really awesome content.”
