I love how word of mouth works. It’s a simple but proven philosophy: Do a great job, and people will say great things. All you need is a few degrees of separation… such as when a graphic design agency who did the artwork for the copy you wrote for someone else, likes your style and starts using you. Then this design agency does the website for a PR agency, and the lady who runs the PR agency says to the lady who runs the design agency, “Hey I love the copywriting on your new website, who wrote it?” The PR agency uses you and the lady loves her new website copy so much, she tells her sister, who happens to run a dance academy in need of a new tagline to go with their new logo. The academy loves your moves too, and so the dance goes on.
