When it comes to writing magazine columns, there’s no such thing as a secret.

Back in the day, when I was the general manager of a national lifestyle and natural health magazine, the editor said to me, “Justin, too many of our editorial contributions are from women, I want more articles from men.” I offered to write a funny lifestyle article about stuff that’s happened to me. “OK”, said she. There began three years of controversy, fan mail and stalkers, during which I had the pleasure of parading my inner most insecurities to hundreds of thousands of readers every month, in my regular column “The Secret Life of Jus”.
